I rarely ever show what I wear out on a Friday or Saturday night because honestly its usually pretty boring. That and flash has never been favorable to me. Many outfits that are cute during the day just don’t translate into ‘going out’ outfits so as a result I have a lot of ‘day wear’ and not much else. I feel like this is a pretty good depiction of what I’ll usually wear if we’re doing something chill like going to a hookah bar or watching the basketball against Duke (Lets go Hokies) but the outfit usually fits this formula: black or gray top + dark wash jeans + bright shoes+ strange necklace. I probably spend more time on my hair on weekends than picking out an outfit and makeup combined and wing tip eyeliner is a definite go-to usually paired with a bright lipstick. The photos are from last Friday and the people in them are ridiculously interesting to say the least. Victoria (the one in the photo second to last) is one of my closest friends at college and we are constantly raiding each other’s closets. I would say something to embarrass her but she is probably going to read this. Does anyone else let their friends know they blog or am I one of the few in the closet bloggers who tells only my closest friends?

First off I love the necklace. There really aren’t very many guy friendly necklace choices out there it seems, so I’m jealous. It’s a shame.
I actually didn’t tell any of my friend but some of them found it somehow. People started saying they liked my blog. It was weird.
Try Christmas ornaments, those make the best necklaces.
